(RE)CHARGE and (RE)NEW at our upcoming exhibition, featuring artists in residence, curator Marcelo LLobell and co-curator Sofia Aviles.
The exhibition brings together 16 artists whose works re-challenge the established: Adrian de Brasi, Aldo Sessa, Carolina Sardi, Claudio Roncoli, Diego Waisman, Itzel Basualdo, Luján Candria, Marina Font, Marina Gonella, Miriam Costanza, Pablo Contrisciani, Pilar Fernandez, Tachuela, Valeria Yamamoto, Vero Murphy and Veronica Pasman. Valeria Yamamoto and Marina Gonella re-evolved their artistic practice as residents in Mendoza, Argentina. The artistic residency was made possible by DORCAM’s collaboration with Panal 361 and El Granero at Chateau d’Ancón.
“This exhibition is about revisiting, reflecting, and reimagining our relationship with art and the world around us,” said Marcelo Llobell, DORCAM’s director. “Through research and collaboration, we’ve assembled a show that rewards your curiosity and creativity and invites spectators to join the re-evolution in artistic thinking.” The exhibition features a diverse range of practices: photography, sculptures, screen printing, painting, mixed media and of this ilk.
There will be a Preview available on August 30th, 2025. The artworks will be on view until Sunday, October 5th. Visitors are encouraged to RSVP for the Vernissage via Eventbrite.
